"It’s so amazing to be on a horse. I had never been on one before I came here, so I was nervous because it’s a really big animal, but all the horses here are nice and not scary at all. I felt safe because I trusted my horse, and the guides were here the whole time and showed me how to do everything. We rode up the hill and you could see the whole harbour. This is the best thing I’ve ever done and I can’t wait to come back - everyone should do it. I really want a horse now, so I told Dad if he gets me one, I’ll pay him back as soon as I get a job."

"Nice try Lena. I remember asking for a horse for Christmas when I was about 15, but I got a pogo stick instead. I survived. We’ll just have to go on some more treks and hope the horse dream is short-lived. Seriously though, Lena loved her horse trek with Hare Hill. As a parent, nothing beats seeing your kid learning new things. I think she was very brave. You wouldn't catch me on the the back of a horse!"
